Better inventory decisions, one measured step at a time.
Gradient builds Sale House for merchants who want useful automation without surrendering control of their prices.
Why Sale House exists
Slow stock rarely becomes a crisis overnight. It loses momentum quietly, ties up cash, and eventually creates pressure for a deep clearance event. Sale House is designed to make that decision earlier, when merchants still have room to test a smaller markdown.
The product does not claim to discover a mathematically perfect price. It runs a controlled ladder: measure the pace, approve the steps, protect the floor, observe the response, and stop when the goal or a guardrail is reached.
Developed by Gradient
Gradient is the developer behind Sale House. Our product and editorial work follows the same principle: explain the decision, expose the assumptions, and avoid promising certainty that the available data cannot support.
What we will not claim
- That every slow product should be discounted.
- That a discount guarantees incremental sales.
- That deeper discounts are automatically better.
- That software can replace a merchant's knowledge of seasonality, brand rules, or merchandising context.
